Just as the COVID-19 pandemic was starting to take hold of the country back in March, these two gorgeous people managed to go ahead with their big day just in time and are so joyful and thankful just to be married.

Carla and John have got such an unique style that shines through in every single detail. We can tell from these amazing pictures by Ghorm Photography that they simply had the time of their lives! Carla’s word of advice which is particularly poignant right now is “ Don't sweat the small stuff. There were little bits and pieces that we had planned but on the day we actually ended up forgetting about them’.

Carla has the warmest personality and she was such a chilled out bride and we just loved her! From the very first appointment with Carla it was clear she was someone who knew what she liked and she liked something a little bit different. When Carla tried the 'Dorothy'  from Modeca they were the perfect match made in Marie Me heaven!

Carla absolutely rocked the Dorothy dress and the dancefloor! This was the perfect choice for our trendy bride giving a modern look that is timeless, elegant and sassy.

The highlight of the day was just getting married! As Carla says ‘Out of all the worries that people typically have over their wedding (will the weather be nice, will people enjoy themselves) we never thought a pandemic was something we would have had to contend with. If there is one thing that our wedding day showed us was the absolute kindness of people. Our friends, family and everyone who was part of our big day really went above and beyond to make it really special and we will be forever grateful for that’
