Q–Do I need to book an appointment?
A-Yes, we work on an appointment basis. The room is private, and you will have sole access to it during your appointment. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible without interruption, so an arranged appointment is essential.
Q–How long is an appointment?
A–We schedule each appointment for 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Q–What price range are your wedding dresses?
A–Our Designer wedding dresses range from £1200-£3300. We also have a full sale rail of discontinued dresses that start from £500 upwards. Check out the ‘Sale Wedding Dress’ section on the website.
Q- How long does a wedding dress take to order?
A- Wedding dresses typically take 6-9 months to produce. If your big day is sooner, don’t worry—many of our sample dresses are available for same-day purchase and can be taken home immediately
Q- Do you have a car park?
A- Yes, we have a free car park at the back of our building.
Q- Do you have wheelchair access?
A- Yes! Our boutique is located on the first floor, and we have lift access for your convenience.
Q–Do you charge for your appointments?
A–Yes, we charge for our consultations. Our appointments are exclusive, private one-to-one sessions with a highly experienced and knowledgeable bridal stylist. Availability for these appointments is limited especially on Saturdays, which are in high demand. To ensure that brides take full advantage of their appointment, we charge a redeemable fee. This helps us maintain the high level of service and attention you deserve.
Q-Do you have Bridesmaid/Groomsmaid Dresses?
A-Yes we have a fantastic selection of dresses on offer, we picture all the styles we carry on our website
Q- What is a Groomsmaid?
A- A Groomsmaid is someone who supports the groom during a wedding, similar to a bridesmaid, it can be a best friend or relative that is on the wedding and will be part of the bridal party.
Q- What price are your Bridesmaid/Groomsmaid Dresses?
A- Our Bridesmaid/Groomsmaid dresses range in price form £200 to £320.
Q- What size are your sample Maid dresses?
A- Sample sizes available to try in store range from a UK8 - UK20 (but available to order from a size UK0 - UK28)
